Pair Gold Cherub Wall Hangings

I think they are a hard resin ??

Condition -The dark marks on the face are just shadows in excellent vintage condition.

Measure - One is 9 cm high x 10 cm wide and the other 10 cm high x 9 cm wide

Each one has a metal loop on the back for hanging. One has an imprint of the maker but I can not make it out.
