Made by Archimede Serguso for the Sergio Vetri'd'Árte in the late 50's early 60s. Controlled bubble 'bullicante' lobed glass perfume bottle with gold leaf inclusions with hand crafted Stopper with glass wand No label The stopper on this purfume bottle is very unusual. I did have all the imformation saved on this stopper which made it quite special but my old computer seems to have ate it. I will keep looking because it was pretty important to the piece . Not 100% sure but think someone else made the cork Very difficut to photograph. The marks on the side in the photographs is light a gap in my curtain. Because they catch so much light they pick up reflections so thing that looks like a scratch in my pictures is not.
The bottle and cork are in superb condition with no chips, cracks or hairlines. The little plastic seal on the stopper was not originally on it. It has been added to reduce risk of breakage and to seal the lid so the delicate wand does not chip or crack by movement of the bottle. It now does not move unless pulled out. It is only slid on so has not affected the originality of this bottle and works very well. This was part of my collection and it is a collectors piece.
Make an excellent wedding, anniversary or other special event gift.

It is really beautiful amazing piece, looks different in different lights, the gold leaf through the glass catches the light to give it a real wow factor, and the cork is very rare - truly a piece of art to be treasured.
