OOAK?? Mermaid Vampire Art Doll.

Help!!!

I have googled and googled and found nothing on this strange doll  If anybody can help me with identifying her please do as I know nothing about this sort of thing.

Description

She is very unusual, I have no idea what she is made from or when she was made, but she appears to be handcrafted

Her wings are like brittle leather. Her hair is mohair or similar, very very soft. Her body may be some sort of resin as with her tail. She is very detailed and well made. She has a gold coloured metal covering her breasts and adorning her hands and tip of her tail. Please zoom in on pictures for a better description as I really dont even know how to explain this strange doll

She seems to be made to be displayed flat or maybe you could hang against the wall.

She is a total mystery to me but did find similar made dolls which were OOAK and collectors items.

NOTE - This doll is not suitable for children

Condition

She is in very good condition as far I can see and very detailed.

Measurements

She measures 24 cm from tip of wing to same x 30 cm high from top of hair to end of tail
