Tea Cup

The footed tea cup was made in Japan around the 1950/60's. The interior is opalaque with shimmers of pinks and blues. Gold is brushed around the rim and base and down the handle. On one side is a large yellow rose with the same rich pink as the saucers, in the centre and edges of the rose surrounded with a few buds and foliage, this cover nearly the entire side. The opposite site has the same rose but in half the size. The cups upper half has vertical ridges around it.

Measures 10cm diameter across rim x 10 cm high.

Holds 150 mls

These saucer and cake plate are part of the same set, matching each other with a brushed gold scalloped rim tand in the centre of each gorgeous rich pink roses with yellow daisies in the background along with foliage.. Neither have any makers marks or stamps

Measurements - The saucer measures .14.5 cm diameter x .5 cm high. The cake plate is 15.5 cm diameter.

Condition - The cake plate and saucer are in excellent vintage condition, no damage i can find like new, the tea cup has very minor wear to gold with only a couple of this patches. Over all it is in very good vintage condition.
